Module I: Building a Foundation for Teaching Yoga with Confidence
with Scott Willis and Alice Kenney
This program serves as Module One of the 200-hour yoga teacher training program.
My upcoming training is designed to help increase your sense of ease and confidence in practicing yoga and—for those who are teachers—instructing others. Over the course of six weekends, we will delve deeply into workshop intensives on poses, teaching methodologies, and more.
In addition, experienced physical therapist Alice Kenney will join us each day to lead a hands-on workshop on anatomy and physiology, and guide us in using that knowledge to create poses variations which are optimally safe in general, and for folks with conditions like plantar fasciitis, osteoporosis, knee and hip replacements, chronic back pain, etc.
By the end, you will feel more grounded in your abilities and strengths so you can enjoy your relationship with yoga more fully.
