Are you new to yoga or new to the Hits the Spot approach?
Try a class for free this month, on Scott!
February 2 through February 12th, 2016.
During the last two weeks of the Fall/Winter session, find out why Scott’s approach to teaching yoga hits the spot for so many folks in Southern Vermont–since 1992.
Reknown for his friendly, compassionate style, creator/founder Scott Willis teaches 14 classes a week for all levels. The Hits the Spot curriculum is for men and women of all shapes, sizes and degrees of strength and flexibility. Scott encourages students to go to the steady, comfortable edge of the stretch that’s appropriate for each student’s unique body.
Check the schedule for a time that works for you, and call a day ahead to confirm space and your free spot in one of Scott’s beginning, beginning/intermediate, intermediate or yoga flow classes; and Saturday’s yoga for golfers classes.
