Reknown for his friendly, compassionate style, creator/founder Scott Willis teaches 14 classes a week for all levels. The Hits the Spot curriculum is for men and women of all shapes, sizes and degrees of strength and flexibility. Scott encourages students to go to the steady, comfortable edge of the stretch that’s appropriate for each student’s unique body.
